The present invention relates to a maritime forest composition method using underwater rocks and artificial structures, and more specifically, to a maritime forest composition method using underwater rocks and artificial structures which evolves from culturing marine algae only in an artificial structure and which designs artificial structures and underwater rocks in a networking structure with a first and second marine algae fixing members, thereby easily composing maritime forest in a large area. Also, by minimizing a use of an artificial structure, pollution of ocean can be minimized and costs and time can be also saved.본 발명은 수중암반 및 인공구조물을 이용한 해중림 조성방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단순히 인공구조물에만 해조류를 배양하는 것을 탈피하고, 인공구조물과 수중암반을 제1,2해조류 고정부재로 네트워킹한 구조로 설계함으로써, 넓은 지역에 손쉽게 해중림을 조성할 수 있으며, 인공구조물의 사용을 최대한 줄임으로써, 바다 오염을 최소화하고 비용 및 시간을 절감할 수 있는 수중암반 및 인공구조물을 이용한 해중림 조성방법에 관한 것이다.
