The present invention relates to an installation system for an offshore wind power plant to generate power on the sea and, specifically, to a new renewable energy technology which also functions as a fish shelter to install an offshore wind power plant which generates power using air (wind) as an energy source. The present invention makes the offshore wind power plant function as a fish shelter by installing the fish shelter on the seabed when the offshore wind power plant to utilize wind passing by the sea is being installed on the sea. The present invention relates to a new concept of the installation system for the offshore wind power plant which is easily installed on the sea and is diversified in functions by adding a function as a fish shelter. A foundation structure for the offshore wind power plant functioning as a fish shelter according to the present invention lowers manufacturing costs for the offshore wind power plant by simplifying the structure； facilitates maintenance for the offshore wind power plant； and shortens a period for manufacturing and installing the offshore wind power plant. In other words, the installation of the offshore wind power plant provides the functions of a fish shelter.본 발명은 해상에 풍력 장치를 설치하여 전기를 생산하기 위한 해상풍력발전기의 설치 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 풍력 발전 장치를 해상으로 이송하여 해상에 설치하고 이를 통하여 지나가는 공기(바람)를 에너지원으로 전환하여, 전원을 생산하는 신재생에너지 기술에 어초를 접목하여 해상풍력발전기가 발전기 및 어초로서의 기능을 함께 지니도록 구성한 기술이다.본 발명은 바다를 지나가는 바람을 재활용하기 위하여, 풍력발전장치를 해상에 설치할 때 어초를 해저에 함께 설치하여, 해상풍력발전기가 전력생산 및 어초로서의 기능을 함께 지니도록 구성한 기술에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 기존의 해상풍력발전장치의 설치방법과는 달리 쉽고 간편하게 설치할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 해상풍력발전기의 설치시스템이며, 어초로서의 기능을 함께 부가하여 해상풍력발전기의 기능을 보다 다양화할 수 있는 새로운 기술에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 "어초로 활용가능한 해상풍력발전기 기초구조물"은 저렴한 비용으로 어초의 기능을 함께 지닌 다기능 해상풍력 발전기를 해상에 설치할 수 있으며, 구조가 간단하여 제조비용이 저렴하며 유지관리가 편리한 잇점을 지니고 있다. 아울러, 제작 및 설치 기간을 단축할 수 있다. 다시말해, 해상풍력발전기의 설치를 통하여 어초로서의 기능도 함께 지닐 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다.
