The present invention relates to a live attenuated vaccine for the prevention of bovine coronavirus diarrhea occurring in calves and voice actors and a vaccination method using the same. In more detail, one domestic KWD20 isolate from Bovine coronavirus (BCoV), which is commonly used in Korea, was purified through 100 cell passages in HRT-18 cell lines, and cultured and purified from MDCK to 101 and 102 cells. The present invention relates to an attenuated mixed live vaccine containing a purified agent and a protective agent that minimizes virus titer loss and a vaccination method using the same.본 발명은 송아지 및 성우에서 발생하는 소 코로나바이러스성 설사병의 예방을 위한 약독화 생백신 및 이를 이용한 백신접종방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 국내에서 다발하고 있는 소 코로나바이러스(Bovine coronavirus, BCoV) 1개의 KWD20 국내 분리주를 HRT-18 세포주에서 100회 세포계대배양을 통해 순화시켰고, MDCK에서 101, 102대까지 배양 및 순화시킨 순화주들 및 바이러스 역가 손실을 최소화하는 보호제를 함유하는 약독화 혼합생백신 및 이를 이용한 백신접종방법에 관한 것이다.
