PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which alleviates labor and burden of an operator when changing a reserve seedling stand to a developed state or a housed state, and improves work efficiency.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: two or more reserve seedling stands 38 supported by a supporting frame 49 of a traveling vehicle body 2 a link mechanism K between the reserve seedling stand 38 and the supporting frame 49 an actuator 81 connected with the supporting frame 49 and a rotary members (70, 82 or the like) connected with the actuator 81 and the link mechanism K, and is provided with a transfer device 80 which changes a reserve seedling stand 38 to a developed state or a housed state a switch 71 of the transfer device 80 a sensor 72 of the switch 71 a cutting angle sensor 33 of a handle 34 and a controller 100 which operates the actuator 81 of the transfer device 80 according to the switch 71 operation, and drives the actuator 81 when a degree of a steering angle of the handle 34 become more than a prescribed angle.
