PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect-proof bag formed so that an agent is not put in the bag, the bag itself is impregnated with insect repellent without the insect repellent being put in the bag, and the insect repellent does not adhere to crops, thereby solving the problem with a conventional insect-proof bag formed so that liquid or solid insect repellent is put in the bag itself, which poses a risk of an agent adhering to crops by wind and rain whether the insect repellent is liquid or solid.SOLUTION: A solvent in which insect repellent harmless to a human body like a dye is dissolved is put in a dyeing machine capable of achieving high temperature and high pressure, together with yarns themselves of woven fabric or knitted fabric to be made into a bag, woven fabric or knitted fabric in a cloth state, or a bag itself as an end product. After being impregnated with the insect repellent, the fibers are rapidly cooled so as to make a bag having a material in which the insect repellent does not come off the yarns. This processing enables an insect-proof bag in which an agent is not placed in the bag to be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の防虫袋は袋自体に液体や固体の防虫剤を入れた形式のものであった。その場合防虫剤が液体、固体にかかわらず、風雨によって薬剤が作物に付着する恐れがあったが、本発明は袋に薬剤を入れる形態ではなく、袋自体に防虫剤を含浸させることによって防虫剤を袋の中に入れずに、且つ作物に防虫剤を付着させないことを特徴とする防虫袋である。【解決手段】袋になる織物あるいは編み物の糸そのもの、あるいは織物や編物の布状の状態、最終製品である袋そのものと、高温高圧にできる染色機に染料と同様に人体に無害な防虫剤を溶かした溶剤を入れ、防虫剤を繊維に含浸させた後、急冷することで防虫剤を糸から外れなくした素材をもつ袋にすることができる。この加工により薬剤を袋に入れない防虫袋ができる。【選択図】図1
