The present invention primarily filters various impurities which might be included in liquid using an external filtration device provided to a liquid supply line and removes the impurities using one or more internal filters installed in front of a capillary side where liquid is flowed in right before the liquid is flowed into the capillary, thereby preventing suspend of liquid injection or degradation of liquid injection amount caused by impurities flowed into the capillary.
