The present invention relates to a method for producing an ionized calcium agent using oyster shells as a raw material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a high purity ionized calcium agent, comprising the following processes: a deodorization process for deodorization of the oyster shells； a secondary firing process which uses a firing furnace having a nitrogen inlet and a nitrogen outlet to prevent contact with air； a pulverization/transfer process which includes the nitrogen inlet, the nitrogen outlet, and a vertically installed transfer screw； and a primary firing process and a primary pulverization process to produce ionized calcium by evenly and thoroughly firing the oyster shells. 본 발명은 굴 패각을 원료로 하는 고순도 이온화 칼슘제 제조방법으로, 더욱 상세하게는 굴패각의 냄새를 탈취하는 냄새제거공정과 공기의 접촉을 방지하도록 질소투입구 및 질소배출구를 포함하는 소성로를 이용하는 2차소성공정과 상향식으로 설치된 이송스크류, 질소투입구 및 질소배출구를 포함하는 분쇄이송공정, 그리고 굴패각이 골고루 균일하게 소성되어 이온화칼슘이 제조될 수 있도록 하는 1차소성공정 및 1차분쇄공정을 포함하는 고순도 이온화칼슘제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
