To provide a useful technical means for remarkably improving the friability of tablets in order to industrially stably produce high-drug-content tablets.The tablet contains 85.0 to 95.0% by weight of a drug which is acetaminophen and tramadol hydrochloride relative to the total weight of the uncoated tablet, and further contains 0.5 to 5 parts by weight, 0% by weight of a binder which is polyvinyl alcohol.
