PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly-efficient liquid smoking production equipment, and a method of application of liquid smoking.SOLUTION: Production equipment of liquid smoking 9 has a constitution in which smoke 3 containing a smoking component is inserted into unsmoked liquid 2 in a container 1 rotating at high speed to pulverize/agitate the smoke 3 into fine bubbles 7, and while mixing the smoking component with the liquid 2 in the contact state with the liquid 2 in a large area, the smoking component contained in the smoke 3 is allowed to adhere to/penetrate into/be mixed with the liquid 2 in a floating step.
