PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a gas dissolving apparatus, which can sufficiently and easily achieve protection against water leakage at a connection part between the gas dissolving apparatus and a bathtub.SOLUTION: In the gas dissolving apparatus 1, a dissolving tank 2 and a pump 3 are vertically arranged to be fixed to a fixing device 4 for bathtub installation. The dissolving tank is connected to a discharge side of the pump, suction piping 24 is connected to a suction side of the pump, and the suction piping extends toward a suction port 25 communicating with the inside of the bathtub. An outflow piping 26 is connected to a discharge side of the dissolving tank and the outflow piping extends toward a discharge port 27 communicating with the inside of the bathtub. A waterproof pan 36 is arranged at the lower side of a first connecting part 32 between the suction piping and the suction side of the pump, and of a second connection part 35 between the outflow piping and the suction side of the dissolving tank.
