According to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the skin care device comprises: a case having an electrode mounting unit formed along an upper surface edge thereof； at least one light source arranged inside the case and capable of emitting light of different wavelength bands through an upper surface opening of the case； a pair of electrodes arranged in the electrode mounting unit of the case, and forming a closed circuit with a user's skin during the application of power so as to generate a potential difference in the user's skin, thereby changing an electrical environment of the skin； and a transparent cover arranged on the upper surface opening of the case.
