The present invention relates to a method for analyzing vaccine efficacy for fish including an olive flounder which is a very densely farmed fish and, more specifically, to a method for analyzing vaccine efficacy by comparing and analyzing metabolites before and after injecting a vaccine or immunoadjuvant, analyzing a vaccine-response substance (VRS), and selecting the vaccine-response substance as an indicator. The vaccine efficacy analyzing method for bacterial diseases of fish according to the present invention: compares and analyzes metabolites using 1H-NMR and multivariate statistical analysis before and after injecting a vaccine into fish serum； analyzing a vaccine-response substance (VRS)； and selecting the vaccine-response substance as an indicator.본 발명은 고밀도 양식 어종인 넙치를 포함한 어류에 대한 백신의 효능을 분석하기 위한 분석방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 백신이나 면역 보강제 투여 전 후에, 대사물질을 비교 분석하고 백신에 반응하는 물질 (vaccine-response substance； VRS)을 분석하여 indicator를 선정하여 그 효능을 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 어류의 세균성 질병에 대한 백신 효능 분석방법은 어류의 혈청 내에 백신 투여 전후의 대사물질을 1H-NMR 및 다변량통계분석을 이용하여 비교 분석하고 백신에 반응하는 물질 (vaccine-response substance； VRS)을 분석하여 이를 indicator를 선정하여 백신의 효능을 분석하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 한다.
