PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which can provide an object with a harmless and safety ultrasonic diagnosis through detecting an ultrasonic influencing factor against the object put on the ultrasonic diagnosis and warning the user of the factor.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a probe, a detector, a controller, and a warning means, wherein the probe transmits an ultrasonic signal to the object and accepts a reflection ultrasonic signal reflected from the object to form an ultrasonic image the detector detects an ultrasonic influencing index which indicates the influence of the ultrasonic signal against the tissue of the object the controller accepts the ultrasonic influencing index from the detector to determine whether or not the index exceeds a predetermined threshold and the warning means is activated by the controller to warn the user of the ultrasonic influencing index exceeding the threshold.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波診断時に対象体に影響を及ぼす超音波影響因子を検出し、これをユーザーに警告することによって、対象体に無害でかつ安全な超音波診断が行われるようにする超音波診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波信号を対象体に送信し、その対象体から反射される反射超音波信号を受信して超音波映像を生成するプローブと、前記対象体の組織に対する前記超音波信号の影響を示す超音波影響指数を検出する検出部と、前記検出部から前記超音波影響指数を受け、前記超音波影響指数が既に設定されているしきい値を超えるか否を判断する制御部と、該制御部による活性化により、前記超音波影響指数が前記しきい値を超えたことをユーザに警告する警告手段を含んで構成される。【選択図】図1
