PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional sheet, which is usually used as a sheet for covering a single-size mat or mattress, on which, when necessary, a patient lying on the bed, care receiver, or injured person can be easily and immediately carried and given aid by persons close to them by being used as the best stretcher that can protect the head and give aid in a hospital or care facility, or in a time of disaster.SOLUTION: A multifunctional sheet includes: a reverse-side sheet which covers the front surface of a single-size mat or mattress, covers the side surface thereof, and is tucked into the back surface thereof an obverse-side sheet which has the same size as the mat or mattress and is laid on the reverse-side sheet cloth grip belts which are sandwiched between the reverse-side sheet and the obverse-side sheet, and on which a plurality of stout sewn parts are provided cloth grip belt covering fasteners which completely cover the cloth grip belts for preventing the limbs of a person on the multifunctional sheet from getting tangled in the cloth grip belts, which allows both obverse and reverse sides of the multifunctional sheet to be used and a pillow pocket for protecting the head.
