PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic having the following feature: being uniformly spread on skin excellently fitting on skin suppressing unevenness in color due to coloring pigment or powder-likeness and providing a final quality having covering ability but not shield stress.SOLUTION: There is provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic comprising: (A) 0.1 to 4 mass% of organo-polysiloxane to which poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) segment consisting of repeated units represented by the following formula (1) (Ris a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 3 carbons, t is 2 or 3) is bound (B) 1 to 50 mass% of hydrophobized coloring pigment (C) 0.01 to 3 mass% of polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 500 to 3000 and (D) 5 to 40 mass% of water, in which viscosity at 25°C is 40 to 300 Pa s, and storage elastic ratio (G) at 20°C is 50 to 1000 Pa.
