ABSTRACT A PROBIOTIC FORMULATION AND A METHOD THEREOF The present invention provides a probiotic formulation comprising a live culture of strains of lactic acid bacteria, plurality of natural compounds, plurality of emulsifying agents and plurality of stabilizers. The strains of lactic acid bacteria are capable of producing plurality of antimicrobial compounds, antioxidants and a combination thereof. Further, the strains of lactic acid bacteria are isolated from a group consisting of fermented food products, human feces and plants. A method of preparing the probiotic formulation is also provided.
