A control shaft (76) steering and controlling the front wheel is vertically arranged at a part of a lower unit (10f) of the mission case (10) on the rear side of the pinion gear (74a). The pinion gear (74a) and a control gear (76a) in the upper part of the control shaft (76) are engaged. The front wheel differential gear device (73) is arranged in the mission case (10) on the upper side of the control gear (76a) to be overlapped with the control gear (76a) as shown in a cross section. A front wheel transmission shaft (79) is extended on the left and the right from the front wheel differential gear device (73).
