Die Erfindung betrifft ein auf keratinhaltige Fasern, insbesondere menschliche Haare, oxidativ einwirkendes Mittel, enthaltend neben mindestens einem Oxidationsmittel, eine Wirkstoffkombination aus (a) einem ausgewählten kationischen Polymer, (b) mindestens einem Mono- oder Di-(C8- bis C30)-Alkylammoniumsalz und (c) mindestens einer quartären Ammoniumverbindung, welche mindestens eine ausgewählte Gruppe am quaternierten Stickstoffatom trägt, sowie ein Verfahren zur Umformung keratinhaltiger Fasern, in welchem dieses Mittel Anwendung findet, und die Verwendung dieses Mittels zum Fixieren im Rahmen einer Haarumformung.
