The present invention relates to a spoon and chopstick sterilizer. A spoon support plate for fitting and fixing spoons and chopsticks in fitting holes is formed in a spoon container. An upper side of the spoon container is covered by a cover, and an elastic hanging unit of a sterilizing device unit passes and is exposed through a passing hole of a coupling wall of the cover and is pressed on the coupling wall. A fluorescent unit of a sterilizing device unit is inserted in and coupled with a lighting hole of the cover, so a UV lamp of the sterilizing device unit is operated. A sterilization device unit confirms operation of a UV light lamp by light of a light-emitting LED lamp or LED-type UV sterilization lamp emitted through the lighting hole, simultaneously feeds light of the light-emitting LED lamp or LED-type UV sterilization lamp in the spoon container, confirms states of the spoons and chopsticks, emits UV lamp light to a lower part, and sterilizes the spoon and chopstick. The sterilizing device unit is freely attached to and detached from the cover, so the spoon container, spoon support plate, and cover can be easily washed. According to the present invention, a spoon and a chopstick are disposed at a relatively higher position than a lower surface of a spoon container so as not to contact water gathered in the spoon container. Contact with gathered water is prevented, so secondary bacterial pollution is prevented and hygiene can be cleanly maintained and invasion caused by the water gathered in the spoon container does not occur. The elastic hanging unit is strongly fixed to the coupling wall of the cover, so flow and separation of the sterilization device unit are prevented. Operation of the UV light lamp can be confirmed by confirming light of the fluorescent unit.
