A smoke discharge structure (5) for removing smoke from the vaginal cavity is arranged on the upper dilating blade (1). The smoke discharge structure (5) is composed of a connecting tube (51) and a smoke discharge groove (52). Sliding rails are arranged on the both sides of the smoke discharge groove (52), and matched sliding grooves are arranged on the upper dilating blade (1). The smoke discharge structure (5) and the upper dilating blade (1) are connected detachably by the co-operation of the sliding rails and the sliding grooves.
