A tunnel-type disposable aseptic vaginal speculum comprises an upper dilating blade (1), a lower dilating blade (2), a push rod (3), a curved light guide column and a light source disposed on the lower dilating blade (2). An adjusting mechanism (4) is arranged on the top end of the push rod (3). The light outlet end of the light source abuts against the curved light guide column. A smoke discharge structure (5) for removing smoke from the vaginal cavity is arranged on the upper dilating blade (1). The smoke discharge structure (5) is composed of a connecting tube (51) and a smoke discharge groove (52). Sliding rails are arranged on the both sides of the smoke discharge groove (52), and matched sliding grooves are arranged on the upper dilating blade (1). The smoke discharge structure (5) and the upper dilating blade (1) are connected detachably by the co-operation of the sliding rails and the sliding grooves. The speculum also comprises an auxiliary dilating mechanism (6) composed of a first dilating component (61) and a second dilating component (62). The first and the second dilating components (61, 62) are composed of dilating parts (61a, 62a), stop parts (61b, 62b) and assembly parts (61c, 62c). The first dilating component (61) and the second dilating component (62) are connected detachably by the co-operation of the assembly parts (61c, 62c). Convergence or dilatation of the dilating parts (61a, 62a) are realized by the co-operation of the stop parts (61b, 62b).
