SOLUTION: The following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) Plate-like powder coated with at least one dye selected from Yellow No. 4 and Blue No. 1 0.01 to 15 %, at least one pigment selected from Yellow No. 4 and Blue No. 1 excluding the component (A) (B) 0.001 to 8% by mass, (C) (C1) hydrocarbon, at 25° C.
