Methods and devices are described for packaging a multi-monodose container including covering a molded structure with a hermetically-sealable overwrap, the molded structure including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion including a row of interconnected monodose pharmaceutical vials, each of the interconnected monodose pharmaceutical vials enclosing a dose of at least one pharmaceutical agent, the second portion affixed to the first portion and including a textured surface pattern positioned to direct gas flow between the first portion and a region adjacent to the second portion； evacuating at least a portion of air from around the molded structure, the evacuated air at least partially flowing over the textured surface pattern of the second portion； forming a hermetic seal around the row of interconnected monodose pharmaceutical vials； and separating the second portion of the molded structure from the first portion of the molded structure.L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs d'emballage d'un récipient multi-monodose consistant à couvrir une structure moulée à l'aide d'une enveloppe pouvant être scellée hermétiquement, la structure moulée comprenant une première portion et une seconde portion, la première portion comprenant une rangée de flacons pharmaceutiques monodoses interconnectés, chacun des flacons pharmaceutiques monodoses interconnectés renfermant une dose d'au moins un agent pharmaceutique, la seconde portion étant fixée à la première portion et comprenant un motif de surface texturée positionné pour diriger l'écoulement de gaz entre la première portion et une région adjacente à la seconde portion ； évacuer au moins une portion d'air depuis les alentours de la structure moulée, l'air évacué circulant au moins partiellement sur le motif de surface texturée de la seconde portion ； former un joint hermétique autour de la rangée de flacons pharmaceutiques monodoses interconnectés ； et séparer la seconde portion de la structure
