The present invention relates to a blend essential oil for improvement on skin rashes and itch, which at least comprises an essential oil mixing agent and a basic oil. The essential oil mixing agent includes essential oils of lavender, chamomile (German), tea tree, mint and/or balm. The blend essential oil is composed of a 15% weight concentration of the essential oil mixing agent.
