The apparatus for measuring skin color comprises: an RGB light source sequentially projecting a red light, a green light, and a blue light; a detecting unit detecting incident light which is produced after the red light, the green light, and the blue light sequentially projected are reflected by skin, so as to measure a skin color measurement value including a red color measurement value detected corresponding to the red light, a green color measurement value detected corresponding to the green light, and a blue color measurement value detected corresponding to the blue light; and a control unit primarily correcting the skin color measurement value based on the white-black brightness range, and secondarily correcting the corrected skin color measurement value based on a color correction filter function, thereby calculating a final skin color measurement value including a final red color measurement value, a final green color measurement value, and a final blue color measurement value. Here, the control unit produces a least-square function that minimizes a least-square error among a second reference red color measurement value, a second reference green color measurement value, and a second reference blue color measurement value, which are produced after each of a plurality of reference color sheets is measured by using a first reference red color value, a first reference green color value, and a first reference blue color value, which are set at each of the plurality of reference color sheets, as well as the RGB light source and the detecting unit.
