<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a non-virus vector using a dendron lipid has no stability or specific adsorbency though the vector has high effects of transfection into a cell and is useful. <;P>;SOLUTION: An amino group at the terminal of the dendron lipid is modified with galactose as a ligand to impart functions to be specifically adsorbed on a receptor on the cell surface. The terminal amino group is modified with PEG to reduce the average particle diameter of the vector. Thereby, stability and easiness of utilization are improved. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
