The present invention relates to a water suspension of graphene oxide nanoflakes decorated by nanoparticles of metallic platinum, characterised in that it comprises: • 100 μg/ml to 500 μg/ml of graphene oxide nanoflakes, • 5 μg/ml to 50 μg/ml of nanoparticles of metallic platinum (Pt°), deposited on the surface of graphene oxide nanoflakes. The invention also relates to a method of preparing such suspension and its use as an antitumor agent.La présente invention concerne une suspension aqueuse de nanoflocons d'oxyde de graphène décorés de nanoparticules de platine métallique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : • 100μg/ml à 500µg/ml de nanoflocons d'oxyde de graphène, • 5μg/ml à 50µg/ml de nanoparticules de platine métallique (Pt°), déposées sur la surface des nanoflocons d'oxyde de graphène. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une telle suspension et son utilisation comme agent antitumoral.
