The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sustained solid pharmaceutical formulation, which comprises a rapidly releasing portion and a slowly releasing portion both containing Tramadol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The solid pharmaceutical formulation has a rapid effect and an excellently releasing property, which is stable and has a low pH dependence at an early dissolving stage.The present invention relates to a sustained solid pharmaceutical formulation having a rapidly releasing portion and a slowly releasing portion.
