Examples of the ultraviolet scattering agent include titanium oxide particles and zinc oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less. In addition, the resin constituting the resin powder may be a thermoplastic resin (for example, a polyamide resin). Such a plate-like resin powder may be a powder obtained by subjecting a plurality of resin particles containing an ultraviolet scattering agent to plate-making.
