The present invention provides a diagnosis strip and a diagnosis system, which immediately and quantitatively perform a test by using a portable terminal after collecting a body fluid and can check a test result. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the diagnosis strip comprises: a leading-in path in which the body fluid including a target is provided； a reaction part reacting with the target, and changing an electric property by the reaction； a display part changing a display state so as to correspond to the electric property which is changed by the reaction； and a power providing part providing driving power of the display part.본실시예에 의한 진단 스트립은: 타겟을 포함하는 체액이 제공되는 인입 경로와, 타겟과 반응하고 반응에 의하여 전기적 특성이 변화하는 반응부와, 반응에 의하여 변화한 전기적 특성에 상응하도록 도시 상태가 변화하는 디스플레이부 및 디스플레이부의 구동 전력을 제공하는 전력 제공부를 포함한다.
