The multi-purpose fractional laser operation device comprises: a laser controller in which a laser supply unit is formed at one end of a body having an inner space and including a laser outlet at other end of the body； a laser emission unit detachably included in the laser controller and for emitting laser between the guide units by forming a pair of guide units at a contact part with a diseased part. The present invention can accurately aim the laser at the affected area and can prevent various side-effects such as repeated emission of the lasers.
