PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a system to enable an electric charge without using a power cable.SOLUTION: When an RF pulse 24a is transmitted from a transmission coil, an induction current Id flows to a coil element 41a by electromagnetic induction. A rectifying circuit 41d rectifies the induction current Id and outputs a positive rectified current Irp and a negative rectified current Irn to a filter circuit 41e. The filter circuit 41e eliminates a high-frequency component from the positive rectified current Irp and the negative rectified current Irn. The positive rectified current Irp and the negative rectified current Irn from which the high-frequency component is eliminated are stored in an electricity storage part 41f.
