The present invention discloses a mobile physiological monitoring system, which comprises a wearable physiological sensing equipment, a portable mobile equipment, a cloud server, and a care monitoring equipment. The portable mobile equipment is connected with the wearable physiological sensing equipment, and forwards and outputs the physiological signal received through the wireless network to the cloud server. The care monitoring equipment is connected with the cloud server for accessing the physiological information stored therein and displays the physiological information on the care monitoring equipment. By the monitoring of the wearable physiological sensing equipment, the information may be continuously transmitted to the cloud server, so the caregiver may be immediately informed whenever the one to be nursed is in need of help, and the caregiver needs not to stay with the one to be nursed for a long time, so as to greatly reduce the labor cost.本發明係揭露一種行動生理監測系統包括穿戴式生理感測設備、可攜式行動設備、雲端伺服器及照護監視設備，可攜式行動設備係與穿戴式生理感測設備相連接，並透過無線網路來將所接收之生理訊號轉發輸出至雲端伺服器，且照護監視設備係與雲端伺服器相連接以存取其中的生理資訊，並將生理資訊顯示於照護監視設備。係透過穿戴式生理感測設備監測的方式，讓資訊不斷地傳輸到雲端伺服器，當受照護者發生狀況時能讓照護人員立即知悉；且照護人員不必長時間待在受照護者身邊，能大幅降低人力成本。
