The invention relates to dentistry, in particular to a group of dental implants for the two-step implantation in the alveolar process. The claimed invention is aimed to protect reliably the implantation area from ingress of the infection from the oral cavity due to the tight connection of the precervical side of the implant with the periodontal tissue. The set aim is achieved in the dental implant with the support to fix the dental prosthesis and the screw part for installation in the bone tissue, as well as with the ring head located between the dental prosthesis support and the screw part, made from the porous three-dimensional structure of the polymeric material and intended for ingrowth of the gum tissues, by means of the fact that the mentioned ring head is equipped with the reinforcing element made as a hollow body of revolution with apertures and located over the ring head.Винахід належить до стоматології, зокрема до групи зубних імплантатів, призначених для двоступеневої імплантації в альвеолярний відросток. Задачею заявленого винаходу є надійний захист зони імплантації від попадання інфекції з порожнини рота за рахунок герметичного з'єднання прецервікального боку імплантата з періодонтальною тканиною. Ця задача вирішується в зубному імплантаті, який має опору для кріплення зубного протеза і гвинтову частину для встановлення в кісткову тканину, а також кільцеву головку, розташовану між опорою для зубного протеза і гвинтовою частиною, виготовлену з пористої тривимірної структури з полімерного матеріалу і призначену для вростання тканини ясен, причому, кільцева головка має армуючий елемент, виконаний у вигляді порожнистого тіла обертання з отворами і розташований поверх кільцевої головки.
