Two hydraulic cylinders (41, 42) rigidly connected to the carrier (30) and to the cradle (40) and to the frame (20) and to the carrier (30), respectively, are arranged so as to tilt the cradle (40) and to pivot the assembly comprising the carrier (30) and the cradle (40), respectively. A circular abutment plate (50) rigidly connected to the carrier (30) is arranged at one end of the cradle (40) so as to rotate clamps (71, 72) via a link feeder (73). A cam (74) rigidly connected to the carrier (30) is arranged such that the clamps (71, 72) move within runners (43, 44) during the rotation of the abutment plate (50).
