PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for preventing and treating striae distensae is provided to treat red and white striation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for preventing and treating striae distensae is prepared by mixing 92 parts by weight of a cosmetic material and 8 parts by weight of additives which prevent and treat striae distensae. The cosmetic material contains 5-6 parts by weight of a surfactant, 19-26 parts by weight of a moisturizer, 60-6s parts by weight ultrapure water, 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of anti-inflammatory agent, 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of a stabilizing agent, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of thickening agent, 0.1-0.15 parts by weight of an alkaline chemical, 0.4-0.5 parts by weight of antiseptic, and 0.04-0.05 parts by weight of a dye.
