The present invention relates to a method for preparing a lime-sulfur mixture including: a step of protruding a mixed solution with calcium ions eluted by reacting iron making by-products and an eluting agent； a step of heating the mixed solution at 80 to 120°C； and a step of reacting the heated mixed solution with sulfur. According to the present invention, a lime-sulfur mixture can be produced by using the calcium ions extracted from the iron making by-products and high temperature liquid sulfur produced from a purification process of coke oven gas, thereby contributing to adding higher value to the iron making by-products.본 발명은 제철부산물과 용출제를 반응시켜 칼슘이온이 용출된 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계； 상기 혼합용액을 80 내지 120℃로 가열하는 단계； 및 상기 가열된 혼합용액과 유황을 반응시키는 단계；를 포함하는 석회유황합제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 제철부산물로부터 추출된 칼슘이온과 코크스로 가스 정제 공정에서 생산되는 고온 액체 유황을 이용하여 석회유황합제를 제조할 수 있어, 제철공정 부산물 고부가가치화에 기여할 수 있다.
