PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollen mixture for hand pollination capable of providing pollen for pollination to a flower of a fruit tree or a fruit vegetable having reached pollination time.SOLUTION: In a pollen mixture for hand pollination, pollen is filled in a container along with a nontoxic volatile organic solvent, and a specific gravity of the volatile organic solvent with respect to the pollen is an approximate value of about 80-110 mass%. The concentration of the pollen with respect to the volatile organic solvent is 0.1-5 mass%. A spray nozzle is provided on the container filled with the pollen and the nontoxic volatile organic solvent and the container is further filled with high pressure gas for spraying to directly carry out spraying from the container.
