In particular, the present invention relates to a method for producing a pulmonary fibrosis animal model, wherein the method comprises a step of inducing pulmonary fibrosis by administrating a guanidine-based compound in an animal； an animal model having pulmonary fibrosis, wherein the animal model is produced by the method； and a method for screening a drug for preventing or treating pulmonary fibrosis by using the same.
