PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device with improved starting performance of a motor.SOLUTION: A medical device includes a handpiece for holding a tool rotatably, a motor for rotatably driving the tool, a control unit for controlling the motor, and an operation unit for setting the number of rotations of the motor in operation. The motor includes a rotor and a stator having a coil.
