The present invention relates to a method for producing hollow silica microspheres comprising a mesoporous shell of silica having a thiol group and an inner hollow. The manufacturing method of the present invention has a high production efficiency in terms of time and economy through a simple process, can produce mesoporous hollow silica microspheres having a micrometer-sized thiol group, and is a numerical method for controlling the diameter of the microspheres and the width of the silica shell. By presenting the standard, microspheres having various particle sizes and thicknesses of silica shells can be prepared. In addition, hollow and mesopores exist, and can be applied in various fields, including thiol groups in silica shells.본 발명은 티올기를 갖는 실리카의 메조다공성 껍질과 내부 중공을 포함하는중공실리카 마이크로스피어의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 간단한 공정으로 시간적, 경제적으로 높은 생산 효율을 가지며, 마이크로미터 크기의 티올기를 갖는 메조다공성 중공실리카 마이크로스피어를 제조할 수 있고 마이크로스피어의 직경과 실리카껍질 너비를 조절하는 수치적 기준을 제시함으로써, 다양한 입자크기와 실리카껍질의 두께를 갖는 마이크로스피어를 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 중공, 메조기공이 존재하고, 실리카껍질에 티올기를 포함해, 다양한 분야에서 응용될 수 있다.
