PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel positively charged NSAIA prodrug which can be administered percutaneously.SOLUTION: This invention provides a compound of a structure 1, 2a, 2b, 2c, or 2d, wherein a positively charged amino group of the prodrug greatly increases solubility of a drug underwater, bonds to a negative charge of a phosphate head group of a film, and the bond makes the film little unstable, so that the prodrug enters the film.【課題】経皮投与可能な新規な正荷電したＮＳＡＩＡプロドラッグの提供。【解決手段】構造１、２ａ、２ｂ、２ｃ、又は２ｄの化合物。【効果】上記のプロドラッグの正荷電したアミノ基は、水中での薬剤の溶解度を非常に大きくし、膜のリン酸ヘッドグループの負荷電と結合し、この結合が膜をやや不安定化し、プロドラッグが膜内に入るようになる。【選択図】図１
