The subject of the present invention is an aqueous cosmetic composition in the form of an oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion comprising: (1) at least 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition of one or more oils non-silicone； (2) at least 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, of one or more porous silicas having a specific surface area of 30 to 1000 m 2 / g, an oil absorption ranging from 0.25 g of oil silica (3.5 g oil / g silica； and the ratio by weight of non-silicone oil / silica being greater than or equal to 1. The composition according to the invention makes it possible to obtain mattifying properties and / or to hide imperfections of the skin while having good cosmetic properties such as sweetness and freshness on application, non-greasy finish. La présente invention a pour objet une composition aqueuse notamment cosmétique sous la forme d'une émulsion huile dans eau ou eau dans huile comprenant : (1) au moins 10% en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition d'une ou plusieurs huiles non siliconées ； (2) au moins 10% en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, d'une ou plusieurs silices poreuses ayant une surface spécifique de 30 à 1000 m2/g, une absorption d'huile allant de 0,25g d'huile/g de silice à 3,5g d'huile/g de silice ； et le rapport en poids huile non siliconée/silice étant supérieur ou égal à 1. La composition conforme à l'invention permet d'obtenir des propriétés matifiantes et/ou de masquer les imperfections de la peau tout en ayant de bonnes propriétés cosmétiques telles que la douceur et la fraîcheur à l'application, un fini non gras.
