PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter that preferably performs continuous planting of a seedling using a planting tool that is moved up and down in a ridge disposed with a mulch film.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter plants a transplanted seedling etc. in a ridge by moving up and down a planting tool 28 that is installed in a travelling vehicle body travelling while striding across a ridge.
