The invention relates to pharmacology, medicine, veterinary medicine and tothe pharmaceutical industry,in particular to a process for preparing original composite antimicrobial andfast-healing preparations for externaladministration which have increased therapeutic effectiveness in the treatmentof infections of the skin and soft tissues.The proposed pharmaceutical composition comprises, as active ingredient, theantibiotic fosfomycin and highlydisperse nanostructured silicon dioxide. The claimed process for preparing apharmaceutical composition consists inmixing the substance fosfomycin with highly disperse nanostructured silicondioxide and is characterized in that themixture of the above-mentioned substances in ratios of 25-75 mass% : 75-25mass% is subjected to mechanical processingby means of impact abrasion until the proportion by weight of the finelydisperse fraction (<；=5 µm) is increasedto at least 40%.
