The present invention relates to an instrument for detecting the apex position, and to a methodology implemented thereby, having the advantage to allow showing the approaching of the root canal apex during the endodontic treatment, and therefore showing to have reached it, thus avoiding to modify the morphology thereof.La présente invention concerne un instrument permettant de détecter la position dune extrémité de racine dentaire, et une méthodologie mise en œuvre pour ce faire, qui permettent de savoir lorsque lon sapproche de lextrémité du canal radiculaire pendant le traitement endodontique, et de savoir quand on a atteint ce point, ce qui évite den modifier la morphologie.
