The present invention relates to the combination chemotherapy with recombinant lectin protein. The invention specifically relates to the cytotoxic effect of recombinant lectin protein having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 in combination with other therapeutic agents, wherein the other therapeutic agents are anti-cancer agents.
