PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product which may be easily used together with a standard underwear made of cloth.SOLUTION: An absorbent product 100 comprises an absorption main body 2 in which a liquid permeable sheet and a liquid impermeable sheet are laminated with an interposed absorber 9, an annular girth band 4, and an assistant band 3 which attaches and holds the absorption main body 2 to a wearer. In the girth band 4, a part of the girth band 4 is fixed at the side of one end 2a in a longitudinal direction of the absorption main body 2. In addition, in the assistant band 3, one end 3b of the assistant band 3 is detachably or undetachably fixed at the side of the other end 2b in a longitudinal direction of the absorption main body 2 and the other end 3a of the assistant band 3 is fixed to the girth band 4.
