PURPOSE: A mole trap is provided to enhance the strength and structural durability thereof and to facilitate manipulation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A mole trap comprises: a harpoon(200) which is installed inside a main body(100) to be elastically supported by a spring(300)； a hanging lever(400) which is rotationally installed on the top of the main body； and a sensing plate(500) which is rotationally installed on the bottom of the hanging lever and senses that a mole passes through a furrow. A plurality of anchoring packs are attached to the main body so that the main body can be fixed on the ground. A push unit is formed on both sides of the main body. A stopper restricting the descending of the harpoon is formed on the inner upper part of the push unit.본 발명은 돌이나 기타 무거운 지지수단을 사용하지 않고도 두더지 덫을 안정적으로 설치할 수 있도록 하고, 두더지 덫의 제작 및 조립공정을 단순화하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 구조적인 강도 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 작살을 장전하는 조작이 용이하며, 두더지의 포획가능성을 제고할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 본체(100)의 내측에 두더지를 포획하기 위한 작살(200)이 스프링(300)의 탄력지지하에 설치되고, 상기 본체(100)의 상부에는 거치레버(400)가 회동가능하게 설치되어 작살(200)이 장전되며, 상기 거치레버(400)의 하단에는 상기 본체(100)에 회동가능하게 설치되어 땅 속의 두더지 굴로 두더지가 지나는 것을 감지하는 감지판(500)이 걸리도록 된 것으로； 상기 본체(100)는 그 하부에 지중에 박혀 고정될 수 있도록 복수의 앵커링 팩(110； anchoring pack)이 부착되고, 상기 본체(100)의 상부 양측으로는 상기 앵커링 팩(110)을 발로 밟아 누르기 위한 누름부(120)가 형성되며, 상기 누름부(120)의 내측 상부에는 작살(200)의 하강을 제한하는 스톱퍼(130)가 구비되고, 상기 스톱퍼(130)의 상부로는 거치레버(400)의 상부가 회동가능하게 끼워지는 지지부(140)가 형성되어 있다.
