The present invention provides a method for preparing long-acting sustained-release pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the following steps: mixing an active ingredient, a hydrophilic polymer and an excipient and then tableting the mixed to form a bare tablet mixing a hydrophobic polymer and an excipient to form a controlled-release coated layer, and then covering the bare tablet with the controlled-release coated layer mixing the active ingredient and the excipient to form a quick-release coated layer, and then covering the controlled-release coated layer with the quick-release coated layer, wherein the controlled-release coated layer has already coated the bare tablet, thereby forming a long-acting sustained-release pharmaceutical composition. The present invention provides a preparation method of a long-acting sustained-release pharmaceutical composition, which has the advantages of having a simple process, in a shorter processing time and with a lower preparation cost. The long-acting sustained-release pharmaceutical composition prepared by this method can achieve long-acting and sustained release effects and produce a proper drug concentration in the blood.本發明提供一種長效緩釋醫藥組成物之製備方法,其步驟包含:將一活性成分與一親水性聚合物以及賦形劑混合打錠以形成一裸錠;將一疏水性聚合物以及一賦形劑混合,以形成一控釋膜衣層,再將該控釋膜衣層包覆該裸錠;將活性成分以及賦形劑混合,以形成一速放膜衣層,再將速放膜衣層包覆已包覆裸錠之控釋膜衣層,以形成長效緩釋醫藥組成物。本發明提供一製程簡單、製程時間短以及製備成本低之長效緩釋醫藥組成物之製備方法,該方法所製備出之長效緩釋醫藥組成物可達到長效緩釋之效果以及適宜的之血中藥物濃度。
