PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a region of a lung where there is abnormality of breathing ability.SOLUTION: A medical image processor of an embodiment comprises: an extraction part； a calculation part； a detection part； and an output control part. The extraction part extracts plural regions corresponding to at least one of lobes and subsegmentals forming the lung from three-dimensional medical image data which is imaged along time series. The calculation part calculates a physical index value related to breathing ability. The detection part compares secular change of the physical index values of respective regions, thereby detecting an abnormal region related to the breathing ability in the plural regions.
